The professional staff that will be at your service aboard
Serenity 86 consists of four crew members, all officially
certified seamen. They will be at your service through day
and night to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant
as possible.
Captain
Your captain will be in charge of your yacht's passage
and the safety of all the passengers onboard. As the leading
authority aboard the yacht for all safety precautions and
regulations, he reserves the right to make changes to the
itinerary if he believes it to be in the best interest of
the yacht's safety as well as the safety of all the passengers
onboard. Before making such a change the captain will inform
the guests unless circumstances beyond his control prevent
him from doing so.
Your captain onboard Serenity 86 will be Mehmet Baydemir.
Born and raised in Van/turkey, Captain Mehmet moved to Marmaris
in 1990 and has been in the yachting sector ever since.
A true gentleman with a lot of discipline he runs his crew
with precision to provide the best quality or service for
all our guests
Chef
Your chef will be the person who adds that special flavor to your visit. The Turkish cuisine is as rich as it is delicious and your chef is a master of creation. Apart from being in charge of preparing all the meals served on board, he will take the necessary steps ensure food shopping is done according to your dietary needs. Your chef's name aboard Serenity 86 will be Tezcan who is specialized in Mediterranean cuisine. He has been a chef onboard several VIP yachts as well as top restaurants in southern Turkey which has given him a valuable experience in world cuisine. He will surprise you with his daily fresh baked surprises for breakfast and afternoon cake time. He can cater to any type of diet our guests may require. Just be ready to gain a few pounds before you disembark!
Soner is our youngest crew member onboard Serenity 86. He was involved in the hospitality sector for a number of years before joining the luxury yachting industry. Soner brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of the yacht and her services. Even though Soner is available almost 24 hours a day to deal with serving issues, he is always keen to assist with deck activities and water sports.
The deckhand is responsible for assisting the captain
in running the yacht as smoothly as possible and keeping it
clean at all times. Your deckhand onboard Serenity 86 will
be Mr. Cengiz Yesil who was born and raised in the coastal
city of Fethiye meaning he was surrounded by the yachting
and tourism sector since childhood. Guests sometimes nickname
Cengiz 'The Ghost' not because of his appearance but his ability
to complete his duties without the guests ever noticing he
is there. You might see him climbing up the mast when it is
time to bring the sails up!
